Mr. Thomas Melville Phillips Milford Haven The death occurred peacefully at his home on Thursday 27th August 2015, of Mr. Thomas Melville Phillips, aged 86 years, of Yorke Close, Milford Haven. Much loved, Mel will be sadly missed by his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Friday 4th September 2015 at 10.30am at Hamilton Court Funeral Home, Dartmouth Street, Milford Haven followed by interment at Milford Haven Cemetery.
