Phil Swierkot Formally of Milford Haven Suddenly unexpectedly at St. John's Hospital Livingston on Friday 30th October 2015. Phil dearly beloved Husband of Alison. A loving Dad to Rhys, Brother to Pauline and Uncle to Tomas and Robert. Loved Son of the late Joyce and Paul Swierkot. Phil will be sadly missed by family, friends and colleagues, parents and children of George Heriots School. Funeral service at Livingston Crematorium on Friday 20th November 2015 at 4pm to which all are invited. No flowers, donations to Diabetes UK, Parkinson's UK and the British Heart Foundation please.
