Mrs. Anita Formstone (Nee Lloyd) Milford Haven The death occurred suddenly but peacefully at her home on Friday 1st June of Mrs. Anita Formstone (Nee Lloyd), aged 71 years, of Gothic Road, Neyland. Greatly loved, Anita will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 13th June at 1.00pm at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth.
