Properties in your pocket, homes in your handbag – that’s the great new service estate agents are offering house hunters on the move thanks to your local newspaper.

Agents from West Wales to Warrington are signing up for iPhone and Android apps which showcase each and every property they have for sale or rent thanks to a great new service we’ve developed along with our partners Drag&Drop.

All the apps are free to download and use – subject to your data tariff – and bring the immediacy of house hunting wherever you are and whenever you like. No more being tied to the desktop or laptop PC – simply fire up the app to see the very latest property information from your chosen agent. Decide where you want to live then match the house type, bedrooms and price to suit your budget and needs. It couldn’t be easier to find the home of your dreams.

Results are viewable in a list or map view and you can contact the selling agent there and then via email or phone. And if at first you don’t succeed, save your searches to receive updates when the right property comes onto the market.

And it’s not just the agents themselves offering this great new service. We’re pulling out all the stops to bring our local property guides as apps pulling together the best of local property in your region. Same great features and functionality – only this time loads of properties from loads of agents.

The apps are available as downloads via iTunes or Google Play to anyone with a suitable smartphone or tablet device.

Check out these examples of what we can do for you whether you’re an estate agent or a house hunter.
