- PCSO Paul Mayhew
PCSO Paul Mayhew has been in his role since 2007. He has lived all his life in Neyland and is a former highways enforcement officer and member of the Special Constabulary. He enjoys getting involved with community groups and activities covering all age groups, building relationships, listening to people’s concerns on day-to-day issues that concern them, and trying to resolve those issues by working with community groups and partner agencies. He aims to build upon the neighbourhood watch scheme within the town.

I have have always enjoyed engaging with the public of all ages and am keen to build strong relationships with all members of the community. I aim to liaise and communicate effectively whilst provide reassurance or advice where ever needed. I will make myself as accessible as possible by patrolling local towns, villages and neighbourhoods in my patch. I look forward to meeting you!

PS Bower joined Dyfed Powys Police in 2000. He worked as a response officer and has held the rank of Sergeant since 2006, he also has experience in the rank of Inspector.
PS Bower was raised in Milford Haven and attended Milford Haven Comprehensive School where he was head boy.
PS Bower is enjoying being back working within the community in which he was raised.

I joined Dyfed Powys Police as a PCSO in 2004 working initially in Haverfordwest town then moved to cover Fishguard rural before joining as a Police Constable in 2007.
I was based in Milford Haven Station as a Police response officer for 3 years prior to serving as an Armed Response Officer in The All Wales Firearms Unit for 4 years.
I have joined Neighbourhood Policing to try and help make a difference to the quality of life for the local community and I am enthusiastic about working in the Milford area.
I look forward to forging close links with the local residents and being part of a dedicated team of officers in tackling local problems in the Milford Haven.
I have responsibility for the Milford Haven rural wards as well as being the Firearms Licensing Officer for the section.
