Police confirm death of motorcyclist in crash that closed road between Blackbridge and Waterston

A YOUNG motorcyclist from Milford Haven died in a single vehicle collision last week.
Andrew Rees, aged 24, who worked at Valero, sustained fatal injuries in the collision which happened between Blackbridge, Milford Haven and Waterston.
The road was closed for several hours after the incident on Wednesday, October 23 at about 2.20pm as Dyfed-Powys Police officers carried out investigation work.
Mr Rees was described as a “popular member of the operations team” by a spokesman for the Valero refinery.
The spokesman added: “Andrew joined the refinery as an apprentice, in August 2006.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with Andrew’s family, friends and colleagues at this sad time.”
Officers are continuing to appeal for any witnesses to the collision to come forward.
