A MILFORD Haven landlady is looking for volunteers to take part in a charity pancake run.
Sally Allen, who runs the Trafalgar pub in Charles Street, is throwing the event to raise money for Meningitis UK - a cause close to her heart.
Three years ago, Sally overcame streptococcal meningitis, and said that the illness had been prevalent in her family.
The fun run route will take runners around the town, finishing back at the pub.
Runners of all ages and abilities can take part, and pancakes will be provided on the day, but runners are asked to bring their own frying pans to run with.
Last year's event was a great success, and Sally hopes this year will be another flipping success.
"It's important to keep supporting Meningitis UK and the work they do," said Sally.
The run starts at 6pm on Tuesday, March 4, but those wanting to take part should get there early.
Sponsorship forms are available from the pub, or by calling Sally on 07837 835609.
