HORSE owners are being urged to be vigilant, after reports of suspicious activity in the Rosemarket area.
Dyfed-Powys Police received reports of a light coloured pick-up loitering near the end of a farm lane at around 10.30pm on Monday.
Two men were seen getting out and walking down the lane, and later spotted climbing a gate.
It is believed another man remained inside the vehicle.
The farmer was then informed by a friend that two males had entered a field containing horses in Sentry Cross the previous night.
Nothing was removed or disturbed.
Local officers attended and have provided advice relating to farm security, but are also carrying out enquiries in the area.
Anyone who has witnessed anything suspicious of this nature in the area, or anyone with any information, is asked to contact PCSO Mayhew in Milford Haven by calling 101.
