PUPILS at Hubberston need never be lonely at play time again, thanks to support from the local community.
The school's new buddy bench is designed for children who are feeling upset or don't have anyone to play with.
They can sit on the buddy bench and someone will walk up and ask if they want to play or check that they are ok.
Rob Dorey, from RED building services created the bench, and materials were donated by Martin Jones, and Brian Taylor from Pembrokeshire Building Supplies.
"We appreciate all the help and support these people and businesses have given to the school," said teacher Marc Stow.
"We are extremely grateful to have this bench donated to the school and it has already started making a difference, allowing the children to support and care for each other."
