PARENTS of pupils at Milford Haven School have been asked to ensure their children wear the right items of uniform, following a number of students breaking the rules.
"We currently have a number of students wearing incorrect uniform," the school has said.
The offending articles are mainly the wrong types of trousers and shoes, it continued.
"Trousers need to be black and of traditional trouser material, not jeans, joggers, leggings or tight/stretchy material.
"Shoes must be entirely black, with black soles."
Pupils are also prohibited from wearing 'designer clothes and hairstyles' such as tramlines, jewellery and make-up.
Dyed hair - in particularly bright colours such as pink, red or purple, are also banned.
On its website, the school says: "School uniform is to put everyone on an equal footing.
"It needs to be low cost, comfortable, easy to wash, suitable for work and conform to health and safety rules and to create a sense of belonging to the school community."
