AS PROSPECTIVE candidates from across the county battle for your votes in the County Council elections on May 4, town and community councils have also welcomed some new faces.
In Milford Haven, two new members will be welcomed onto the council, Lynne Turner and Byron Jenkins.
Both have businesses in the town centre, and both will represent the town's central ward.
The list of councillors now sitting on Milford Haven Town Council is as follows:
CENTRAL WARD: Byron Jenkins (new), Tony Miles, Lynne Turner (new)
EAST WARD: Colin Sharp, Guy Woodham
HAKIN WARD: William Elliott, Eric Harries, Yvonne Southwell
HUBBERSTON WARD: Alun Byrne, Rose Gray
NORTH WARD: Mathew Rickard (previously East Ward), Clare Williams
WEST WARD: Rhys Evans (previously Central Ward), Rhys Sinnett.
It is understood that John Cole, Julie Hawkins, Stephen Joseph, Tony Eden and Matthew Norman are stepping down.
No elections will take place, and the four remaining vacancies will be filled by co-option, which is expected to begin in June.
Several town councillors, both current and ex, will also be standing in the coming County Council elections.
