A MURDER charge in relation to the fatal stabbing of a soldier outside a Haverfordwest nightclub has been dropped.
The move comes after the recent court appearance of Edward George Davies, aged 31, of Heol Penlan, Stop and Call, Goodwick, Fishguard.
Davies entered a plea of not guilty to the murder on November 23 of Kinnon Arrigo Ragni, but pleaded guilty to assisting an offender.
The Crown Prosecution Service told Judge John Diehl at Swansea Crown Court that the plea was acceptable.
Davies will be sentenced along with Marc Campbell, aged 34, of Goshawk Road, Haverfordwest, who has admitted the murder of Mr Ragni.
Both men have been remanded in custody until sentencing later this month.
