A Milford Haven man is accused of kidnapping and blackmailing two youngsters.
Ashley Rickard, 20, of Cherry Tree Close, Mount Estate, appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates last week.
It is alleged that two people were taken against their will and subjected to unwarranted demands of money with menaces in Haverfordwest on August 9, 2016.
The complainants cannot be named due to a court order, and Rickard is also charged with criminal damage to a mobile telephone and fraud by false representation involving a bank card.
All six offences are alleged to have been jointly committed with another person.
No pleas were entered, and four of the charges are so serious that the case can only be dealt with by a crown court.
Rickard will next appear at Swansea crown court on September 1, and was released on bail with the condition not to contact either of the alleged victims.
