One person is understood to have been injured by falling from a bus.

An ambulance spokesman said: "We were called shortly before 4pm today to reports a woman had slipped aboard a ferry in the dockyard at Pembroke Dock."

It is understood paramedics arrived at about 4.55pm.

A passenger waiting on the ferry said an announcement had been made on board for anyone with medical experience to make themselves known to crew.

The ship was extremely busy with Welsh rugby fans travelling to Ireland for tomorrow's Six Nations Clash.

The ferry was due to sail at 2.45pm but eventually got underway at 5.15pm.
