A teenager accused of murdering a woman near St Clears last week using a samurai sword and an axe has been remanded in custody.
The body of animal lover Ffiona Scourfield, 54, was found at Broadmoor Farm between St Clears and Laugharne on Tuesday.
A 16 year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was remanded in custody at a secure youth unit until May 18 during a brief appearance at Swansea Crown Court on Monday.
