TROPHIES, badges and certificates marked a year of hard work by local cadets on Saturday, March 10.
Milford Haven Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets held their third annual awards presentation night at the Pill Social Centre in Milford Haven.
The evening was to honour those who have achieved success in 2017.
Presenting the awards were guests of honour District Officer for West Wales Lieutenant Commander Sue Gittins RNR and Mayor of Milford Haven Councillor Colin Sharp.
Lieutenant (SCC) William Elliott RNR, Commanding Officer, said: “The annual awards evening was once again a huge success, with many families and friends coming to support their cadets.
"The awards are very difficult to pick as we have a fantastic group of young people within our unit.
"We also celebrated the evening by looking at the previous year’s achievements, such as our community support in fundraising and grants, winning district competitions in drill & piping, increasing our boating qualifications and how much fun we do have within the cadet experience.”
