This man was caught on private CCTV outside a property in Woodlands park, Neyland.
POLICE are investigating after a man was caught entering a car in Neyland early on Sunday morning.
The offender was witnessed attempting to enter two parked cars at around 7.15am.
He then accessed an insecure car, taking approximately £10 from inside.
The incident was caught on CCTV by the owner of the Woodlands Park home.
Anyone with information that can help officers with their investigation is asked to report it by calling 101.
