THREE new 'knit and natter' groups are starting in Neyland, Pembroke and Pembroke Dock libraries in June.

The sessions have been set up by Pembrokeshire Libraries and PAVS, and are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Andrea Howard, community connector for PAVS, will be at the Neyland and Pembroke sessions.

She said: “Everyone is welcome to come along, there is a warm friendly atmosphere and tea and coffee is provided.

"Have a chat and make new friends.”

Lesley Williams, Pembrokeshire Libraries volunteer, will be on hand in Pembroke Dock Library to help anyone who is new to knitting.

“You can either bring your own project, knit something for charity or look through library books for inspiration,” she said.

The sessions will be held Pembroke Library, every Tuesday, 11am – 1pm (starting on June 5), Neyland Library, every Tuesday, 2.30pm – 4.30pm – (starting on June 5) and Pembroke Dock Library, Wednesday, June 13 (taster session) 2pm – 4pm.
