ENTRIES are now open for the first charity fun run at Milford Waterfront which will raise funds for Mind Pembrokeshire.
The event is set to be a great day out for families as the 5km course is suitable for all levels of sporting abilities.
The run will take on Sunday, September 16 starting and finishing on Mackerel Quay and will be fully marshalled.
The course is flat and consists of two laps with refreshments provided by Tesco at the half way mark.
Entry fees are £12 per adult, £7 per child aged seven to 16 and free for those under six years old, with proceeds going to the Port of Milford Haven’s charitable cause of the year Mind Pembrokeshire.
Karen Lewis, Tourism Manager at the Port, said: “This is the first time we’ve held a sporting event like this at Milford Waterfront and we hope that lots of people will get their walking or running shoes on to help raise money for a great cause.”
