MORE than 400 visitors recently enjoyed a healthy lifestyles day out, hosted by housing association ateb.

On August 17 ateb’s Big Day Out 2018, a family fun day for all ages, held at Milford Haven’s Meads Leisure Centre, proved to be a resounding success.

With a footfall of over 420, the day out was a chance for members of the community to get to know each other, learn something new and move upwards in life; all to the theme of healthy lifestyles.

Visitors of all ages tried out kick-boxing, healthy cookery sessions, and all-ability bowling. Visitors also made bird boxes and explored the local wildlife, including beautiful birds of prey, with Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Vital services such as Fincap Training Solutions, Prime Cymru, Busnes Cymru, Cymraeg i Blant and Save Easy all provided interactive facilities so that visitors could really benefit from these services.

Staff from Haverfordwest-based housing association ateb, previously known as Pembrokeshire Housing, were on hand all day to offer support.
