A Milford Haven man has denied assaulting his mother.
Thomas John Picton, of Chestnut Way, Mount Estate, appeared from custody at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, August 28.
He pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault by beating.
The incident is alleged to have occurred in Milford Haven on August 26.
A trial date was listed for September 26, and Picton, 33, was released on bail with the conditions not to contact his mother or enter Hakin.
