PLANS to transform Hakin Social Club into eight modern flats have been submitted to the county council.
Mr Isaac Showmade has submitted an application to alter the use of the building on Upper Hill Street, divide the two floors into flats, and extend the building.
If approved there would be a mix of one and two-bedroom flats, with open plan living and dining area.
You can comment on the application by searching 18/0538/PA on the county council’s planning website before September 26.
