The walkers are in good spirits as they set out from Neyland.
DREADFUL weather conditions didn’t deter staff at a residential home and day centre in Milford Haven from completing a 10-mile sponsored walk on Saturday morning.
A dozen women from the Havenhurst home took part in a ‘Memory Walk’ from Neyland marina to Haverfordwest in aid of the Alzheimers Society’s United Against Dementia campaign.
Karen Coates, who organised the event, said she was grateful to Tesco for donating bottles of water and to the local authority for supplying a minibus and driver.
