A high street chain is opening a new store in Pembroke Dock and bringing new jobs to the town.
A new Wilkinson store is expected to open in Pier Road, Llanion Park in April.
A Wilkinson spokesman said: "We are delighted to be able to bring Wilkinson value-for-money family shopping to Pembroke Dock and very much look forward to welcoming customers to our new store."
Current rumours that the high street discount store could be coming to Milford Haven were quashed by the store spokesman this week, but he admitted they would be keen to bring a Wilkinson store to the town.
"Although we are not in discussions with anyone at the moment, we would love to have a store in Milford Haven.
"Should a suitable shop unit within close proximity to the high street become available we would be delighted to give it our full consideration in the hope that we could bring Wilkinson value-for-money shopping to Milford Haven."
