A popular Milford Haven tourist attraction urgently needs to recruit new volunteers before reopening its doors this spring.
The Milford Haven museum, on the Marina, is totally reliant on volunteers to keep it open six days a week.
Museum chairman Eric Harries said: “Sadly, with the recent loss of our administrator Ray Harding and several volunteers retiring, we are now in need of at least four new volunteers.”
Two are required per day to run the museum, one to run the museum shop and the other to greet visitors and to be on hand to answer any queries.
Milford Haven’s mayor, Councillor Tony Eden said letters had been sent to all town councillors appealing for them to volunteer any spare time.
Anybody who is interested in finding out more, should contact Eric Harries on 01646 693648.
The museum is set to re-open on Monday, March 29.
