KANGA’S Summer Dance will be held at The Pavilion at Withybush Showground this Saturday, July 7.

The annual event, in memory of Haverfordwest sportsman Andrew John (better known as Kanga), will raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Tickets are £20 each and the evening includes live music from band Morse Code and singer Dave Williams, magicians, a pig roast and entry into the raffle draw.

First prize in the raffle is £500 – kindly donated by Maggs Optics. Second prize is £300 donated by Eddies and among the other prizes are two further £100 cash prizes donated by Sam’s Hair Design and Maureen and Herbert John.

The main sponsor for this year’s event is 1Stop Financial Services. Doors open from 7pm till 1am.

Tickets can be purchased from Sam’s Hair Design, in Quay Street, Haverfordwest and you can also contact Sam on 07973 488685.

Last year’s dance raised £4,250 for the charity.
