All in it together

I HAVE recently contacted No 10 Downing Street with two questions. What plans have MPs to make their contribution to reducing the deficit via a 10% reduction across the board of their expenses.

Ten per cent is the figure they have applied to others, mostly who cannot defend themselves. I also asked what has MPs children having £3000 per annum each travel expenses to do with enabling them to do their jobs.

Reply from No 10, nothing to do with them. Refereed to ISPA, not a lot of sense to date. Wrote to Mr Crabb MP, no reply now in the last four weeks, I will be writing again.

If anyone else thinks the same, a letter to their MP or No10 would be good.

What an opportunity for MPs to lead from the front and make cuts upon themsleves equaling everyone else. A hard and difficult decision, but we are all in it together.
