Pembrokeshire Cancer Support is based at 91 Queen Street, Pembroke Dock. Most people know the Charity Shop is in Queen Street but above the Charity Shop is a Cancer Support Centre.

We provide support and Information for those who have or have had Cancer, together with their family and friends.

We are able to help by supporting each other and showing that self-help can be rewarding and beneficial. Working through the fear and the possible stigma that can be associated with Cancer.

We have an extensive library which covers subjects relating to Cancer, including information from many Cancer organisations, as well as topics for all aspects of coping including financial and local help. We do not give medical advice but we can provide accurate practical information and contact details for the services you require and to the relevant health professionals.

We have Relaxation Classes, Card and Craft Group, Reflexology and we have a Quiet Room for one to one chats or just for relaxing.

We also offer Outreach Services with group meetings monthly around Pembrokeshire.

The Support Centre is open from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4pm. Please come along and have a look around and see if we can help you.

There is more information on our website at www.pembrokeshirecancersupport. and we are also on Facebook.
