My fellow citizens of Pembrokeshire - our county of Pembrokeshire seems to have been run by a bunch of obstructive, selfish individuals that have not run this county the way it should have been run.

Following that we are now allowing a £330,000 pay-off to occur to the former Chief Executive?

We are part of a civil democratic society, correct?

Isn’t it a form of society which favours equal rights, freedom of speech, a fair trial and tolerates the views of majorities and minorities?

and I hope your views are the same as mine?

HE SHOULD NOT GET IT!

Surely former Chief Executive Bryn Parry-Jones is not representing good citizenship values and models of responsible behaviour when accepting this money?

His attitude and democratic values are obviously a shambles.

A good leader requires knowledge of a society’s major social, political and legal institutions, the capacity and disposition to participate within those institutions, and an awareness of the rights and obligations that citizenship entails.

In this he has failed every time.
