SOON if draft legislation is adopted we will all have to submit accounts to the Inland Revenue online every two months instead of once a year.
How can you expect everyone, no matter how old how rich or poor, to have access to a computer, to be able to log on and understand a complicated website, with stringent fixed penalties if they make the slightest mistake?
Remember that Osborne trumpets the fact that many people are being taken out of tax altogether, another scam.
