RE: Swansea College of Education reunion THIS reunion is for past students and staff who were at the college at any time between 1965 and 1968.
For those of us who embarked on our three-year teacher-training courses in 1965 this year marks the 50th anniversary of the start of our careers in education.
The reunion will take place at the college in Townhill, Swansea on Saturday May 16, at 7pm.
There are still some places available. Early registration is advised as it is proving very popular.

It is important to point out that people should not be confused by the reference to 2014 in this address. The site is current and relates to the year it was established, not to the date of the reunion which is this May.
Students came to Swansea College of Education from all areas of Wales and elsewhere during those years and many enduring friendships were formed.
Arrangements are well in hand for what promises to be a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The message is: “If you were there during those years do come and join us on May 16 and if you know of others who were, then please spread the word.”
