ARE you aware of crimes that go unreported in your area? Do the police deal with the things that matter to local people?

These are among the questions you may be asked by the National Rural Crime Survey, the biggest ever such study into rural policing and crime.

I do hope you take part – it’ll only take you as long as it takes to enjoy a cuppa.

My work for the rural communities of Dyfed-Powys already includes more police officers and more time on the beat. But I know that people can still feel isolated in rural areas.

The survey is a chance for you to make your voice heard. Your answers will help shape the future of community safety around Pembrokeshire and the rest of England and Wales.
