RE: Pembroke Dock Civic Society AT the Annual General Meeting of the Pembroke Dock Civic Society held on May 27 and despite appeals in the local press, no volunteers have come forward to fill the vacancies on the society’s committee.
An Extraordinary Meeting was held on June 24 and members present decided that due to lack of any volunteers, under the society’s constitution, there was no option but to wind up the society.
Unless the society has a response to its appeal for volunteers to serve on the committee, the Pembroke Dock Civic Society, (after over 30 years in existence) will dissolve after 28 days of the publication of this notice.
