THOSE yet undecided how to vote in the EU referendum, and indeed those considering to remain, need to ask themselves why, after 40 years of membership of this claimed utopian club, the UK national debt is £1.6trillion and rising. Why have the EU accounts failed to pass audit for the 19th year in a row? If the EU is such a harmonious club why are the French always striking? These issues alone should tell you all you need to know!

Will, for example, Aldi, Lidl, Volkswagen, BMW, Bosch, Siemens and Miele pack up their bags and sulkily go home? Methinks not, as trade is trade, and politicians such as David Cameron will promise and tell you anything, even Armageddon, to get your vote.

The EU is claimed to be the Promised Land so why is unemployment running at 10% across Europe and why are the Italian banks in trouble?

Do we want to replicate the economies of Greece, Spain, Portugal and Italy?

Folk need to realise there is a whole world to trade with as well as Europe.

It is also utter tosh and a denial of history to claim the EU has kept the peace when it has been (and still is) the US and Nato.

How many folk realise that Europe’s largest country, Russia, trades with the EU without being a member of this disreputable club, and if Russia, for whatever reason, decided to turn off its gas and oil supplies then the lights would go out across Europe.

All informed people know the Common Market has been replaced by an unaccountable political animal which no one has voted for, so take heed as the writing is clearly on the wall! Now is the chance to vote for freedom and democracy. Your country desperately needs your vote – so do your patriotic duty and vote to leave.

Future generations will be thankful for your courage and good sense.
