Culture bid needs rooms
FROM what I have heard and read so far, no one has aligned the plans for a Premier Inn in St Davids with the proposal to make St Davids a City of Culture in 2021. Surely the two go together?
A City of Culture, attracting thousands of people, will need somewhere for them to stay apart from the existing excellent accommodation.
