A Hollywood-based radio soap opera named after Milford Haven celebrated its 20th birthday last month.
Milford Haven USA, which follows the day-to-day lives of people in the oil refining and oil exploration industry, was featured and headlined in the first ever issue of the Milford Mercury, when the BBC decided to run 60 episodes of the programme on Radio 5.
The programme's creator Mara Purl, and a number of the soap's Hollywood stars including Ed Begley Jnr, Linda Purl, and Erin Grey, spent time in Milford Haven and even made former Milford Mayor Anne Hughes honorary Mayor of the fictional Milford Haven USA town.
