MEMORIES of local life are needed to help create an exciting attraction for visitors to Milford Haven.

Discover Milford is a new initiative that hopes to explore the town’s history through the stories of local people.

Perhaps you’ve lived in Milford Haven all your life, or maybe you are a keen local historian? Either way you probably know a lot about the area.

Your memories can help compile and develop stories and characters for guided walks along the Milford Haven waterway, helping locals and visitors delve deeper into the town’s heritage.

Anyone who would like to be a part of the project is invited to attend one of two workshops, which will be held on Monday, March 10, from 7pm until 9pm, and Saturday, March 22, from 10.30am until 12.30pm.

Booking is not required, so please just come along to Suite 13 Cedar Court, Havens Head Business Park (next to Tesco).

Discover Milford is a partnership between the Port of Milford Haven, PLANED and Milford Museum. The project is funded by the Coastal Communities Fund.
