A MILFORD Haven hair stylist's work appeared on an international stage recently, after a visit from beauty pageant contestant Summer Ghanavati.
The 24-year-old, from Cardiff, popped into the Pro Nails salon in Haverfordwest, to get her hair and nails done ahead of the Miss Galaxy 2014 international finals in America on August 9.
Getting Summer’s hair ready for the big final with some gorgeous hair extensions was Anne Marie Bentley, owner of Glam Boutique, Milford Haven.
The 27-year-old, who trained as a graphic designer, has done hair for Miss Wales and Miss GB, and several reality TV stars and models, and celebrated her business’ second birthday in June.
Lisa Williams and her team at Pro Nails finished Summer’s look of with gel overlays on natural nails, a natural colour and nail art.
“I absolutely them,” said Summer. “I’ve never had nail art before and it’s so nice to have it done.”
Although she missed out on a top-five place in the competition finals in Orlando, Florida, Summer’s sunny personality earned her the title of Miss Congeniality from her fellow contestants.
