A DONATION of two new computers and software from Milford Haven Rotary Club has enabled the town’s Sea and Royal Marines Cadets unit to speed up its work.
The donation, worth nearly £800, will help with cadet training, and with administration.
Chief Petty Officer (SCC) Beverley Jenkins, Commanding Officer of Milford Haven Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets, said: “We have had a very good relationship with the Rotary Club for a number of years and the support they continually offer and show to the unit is fantastic.
“This particular donation allows the administration burden to lessen at a quicker speed so that more time can be offered to the cadets on their training.
“Thank you to all at Milford Haven Rotary Club for this kind donation”.
If you are interested in joining the 40-strong cadet unit, visit www.milfordhavenscc.org.uk, search for them on Facebook or go along on Tuesday or Thursday, from 6:30pm until 9:30pm.
