THREE Milford Haven cadets have become the first in Pembrokeshire to achieve British Rowing’s Go Row Sliding Seat Qualifications.
At the south west area's second ever Sliding Seat Rowing Course last weekend, Able Cadet Harriet Evans, Able Cadet Jessica Morgan and Ordinary Cadet Hannah Naden became the first cadets from Milford Haven to achieve Go Row 1 and 2 Sliding Seat qualifications.
Midshipman (SCC) Aled Davies RNR, said: “This is a great achievement for the girls, as well as it being one for the unit, especially as they are the first cadets in Pembrokeshire to gain these new qualifications.
"We are all very proud of their achievements and hope to see them applying these new skills learnt in the summer season ahead."
