Amelie’s card was selected by local artist Cynth Weyman and she was awarded a Kindle Fire by Mr Davies.
Mr Davies said: “I’m delighted to present Amelie with a Kindle Fire for winning this year’s Christmas card competition.
"I’m very proud of the talent shown by all the local school children in their Christmas card designs – it’s clear there’s some budding artists in our schools.
"I’ve received plenty of compliments from my Assembly colleagues and so congratulations to Amelie for her winning card, which was creative, festive and fun.”
He added: “I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took part in the competition and I hope all of the children and their families have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year.”
