CHILDREN have been learning about politics at the Senedd in Cardiff.
Pembrokeshire Assembly Member Paul Davies recently gave pupils from Milford Haven Junior School a tour of the National Assembly for Wales in Cardiff.
He took questions from them about all aspects of public life and politics.
Mr Davies talked to the children about his work as an assembly member and some of the local issues facing people in Pembrokeshire.
Mr Davies said: “It was a real pleasure to welcome the pupils and staff from Milford Haven Junior School to the Senedd and give them an opportunity to learn more about the Assembly and Welsh politics.
"It was great to see the children enthusiastic about the Assembly and asking me a lot of questions.”
He added: “It’s so important that children and young people learn more about politics and the Assembly and have the opportunity to meet their local assembly member.
"I hope that the children and the staff enjoyed the visit and I’d certainly encourage schools all across Pembrokeshire to consider visiting the building and take the opportunity to learn more about the Assembly and my role as the local assembly member.”
