THE death of a teenage girl from Milford Haven is being investigated by police.

It is understood that a 14-year-old girl died suddenly last night (Tuesday).

Dyfed-Powys Police were called to an address at Skomer Drive at around 10pm.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.

A spokesman for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Dyfed Powys police is investigating the sudden death of a 14-year-old girl in the Milford Haven area.

“Police received a report of the incident at 10.08pm on Tuesday, February 7.

“There are no suspicious circumstances. Next of kin and HM Coroner have been informed.”

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokeman added: “We were called at about 10.05pm on Tuesday 7 February to a private address on Skomer Drive, Milford Haven.

“We sent two crews in emergency ambulances and a team of fire service co-responders to the scene and a female was taken to Withybush General Hospital.”

A statement from Milford Haven School, read: "Milford Haven School is sad to report the tragic death of a 14-year-old girl from Milford Haven.

"The whole school community has been devastated by this terrible news. Our thoughts and sympathies are very much with the family at this moment.

"We are providing appropriate support and counselling at what is a very difficult time for everyone."

Nicola's mum is now appealing to pop star Justin Bieber, who Megan was supposed to see in concert in June, for a memento for her coffin.
