NINE decades of tradition were celebrated in June, when 1st Hakin Guides marked their 90th birthday.

The blessing of a new flag was led by Reverend Marianne Osborne, chaplain for GirlGuiding Pembrokeshire.

Reverend Osborne retired 1st Hakin’s previous flag, which had been used since 1928.

Guides past and present were invited to the celebrations.

A selection of girls dressed in old Guiding uniforms to show how much Guiding has changed over the years.
