A man has been arrested following a frightening incident in St Davids in the early hours of Sunday morning.

A red Mazda MX collided with two pedestrians, one of whom was taken to hospital.

A spokesman for Dyfed-Powys Police, said: “Police are investigating a road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 2.10am on Sunday 14th September in St Davids.

"A red Mazda MX- has collided with two pedestrians in Nun Street causing injuries to one which required hospital treatment.

"The male driver of the Mazda was arrested on suspicion of drink drive and released on bail pending further police enquiries.

"Anyone who witnessed the collision or who has information that could help the investigation is asked to contact PC Huw Evans, Pembrokeshire roads Policing Unit on 101.”
