Ever wondered what it’s like to experience the taste of sense without the sense of sight?
A new ‘Supper Sense’ dining experience takes place at the Crug Glas Country House and Hotel in St Davids this evening (Sunday, October 26).
The experience has been devised by Andy Shipley, a visually impared transformational coach and facilitator who has worked with government, public bodies and charities and was involved in making sure that the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics were the most inclusive ever.
He is running a series of Supper Sense dinners in the UK together with Grub Kitchen and the TYF Group.
He said: “Diners get the opportunity to appreciate food on a much richer level as well as experience a deeper quality of connection with fellow participants.”
He said the reaction from guests at events so have has been wholly positive.
The cost is £35 per person. Contact Crug Glas to book.
