A Tenby man has appeared in Swansea crown court today (Friday) to admit assault.
Philip Michael McWeeney, aged 33, of Churchill Close, attended a plea and case management hearing before Judge Keith Thomas.
He admitted assaulting Paul Hall during an incident on December 1 last year.
McWeeney was granted bail until he is sentenced on July 24.
Meanwhile, a probation officer will prepare a report into his background.
Judge Thomas warned McWeeney that he was not obliged to accept whatever was recommended in the report and that a sentence of imprisonment was still open to the court.
