PATCHY internet signal was not enough to put lusty Pembrokeshire residents off playing the field it seems, as more than 800 locals are believed to have been signed up to controversial adultery website Ashley Madison.

Data leaked from cheating website Ashley Madison has now been transformed into a digital map that shows where the service’s users are distributed across the world.

Identifiable data has not been included, but the map shows that there were 288 users in Haverfordwest, 150 in Milford Haven, 99 in Pembroke Dock, 91 in Pembroke, and 61 in Tenby.

Forty-eight people were apparently signed up to the service in Narberth, 41 in Fishguard, 30 in Saundersfoot, 18 in Goodwick, and 16 in Kilgetty.

The map only shows the towns and cities which had at least ten users were signed up to the site.

The ratio of men to women signed up in each area was overwhelmingly men-heavy (usually above 85 per cent men), however in Saundersfoot, at least 16 per cent of users are believed to have been women.

Several websites have been set up since the hack to allow users (or their partners) to search by email address, to establish whether their information has been leaked.

However, not all email addresses signed up to the site are believed to be genuine, as some may have been used without the user's knowledge.
