Police, and ambulances attended an incident in Haverfordwest town centre this morning (Friday).
Emergency crews were seen running into the Old Bridge Cafe.
Firefighters were among the first responders.
It is understood they were responding to a medical emergency at the premises.
A Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said:At 10:23am, Friday, July 15, firefighters from Haverfordwest attended to a casualty suffering a cardiac arrest on Old Bridge Street, Haverfordwest.
"A defibrillator was used on the casualty before being transported to hospital by the Ambulance Service.
"The Fire Service left the incident at 11:11am."
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called shortly before 10.20am to reports of a medical emergency at an address on Old Bridge in Haverfordwest.
“Two emergency ambulances and a team of Fire Brigade Co-responders attended the scene and an elderly woman was taken to Withybush General Hospital.”
The condition of the patient is not currently known."
