Pembrokeshire's first-ever Zombie Walk will be staggering its way into Tenby on Saturday. The procession of the soul-less undead will be weaving its spooky spell as part of the town's Hallowe'en celebrations. Zombies will meet up outside the cemetery gates at 4.30pm to head for the town centre in the wake of an old-fashioned hearse. Then they will meet up with the hordes of Tenby trick-or-treaters who will have followed a trail around over 20 local shops and businesses. "Zombie walks have built up a cult following in the USA and some of the larger cities in the UK after movies such as Shaun of the Dead and Night of the Living Dead," said Jo Thomas, who is helping Sue Roberts, from Tenby Chamber of Trade, to organise the event. "There has been such a good response to Tenby's previous Hallowe'en events that we thought we would expand the experience into a zombie walk to bring an extra bit of modern fun to Pembrokeshire." The Trick or Treat trail starts at Tenby's Imperial Hotel at 5.30pm, where participants can pick up a map before making their way around the town, rendezvousing with the zombies in Tudor Square. The Hallowe'en fun will then be rounded off with a fancy dress disco at the De Valence on Upper Frog Street from 6.30pm-8.30pm with dancing, games and prizes for the best fancy dress. Entrance to the disco is £3 a person - tickets on the door or in advance from Lollies Traditional Sweet Shop, Tenby.
